How billing works
- Charges run through Shopify's billing system and appear on your normal Shopify invoice. The app never sees a payment card.
- The Free plan is free for as long as you want it, so you can see the sort quality on your own catalogue before paying anything.
- Changing plans takes effect immediately. Cancelling credits the unused part of the current period back to you.
- Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription automatically — there is nothing else to cancel.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If the new plan covers fewer collections than you are managing, the most recently added ones stop being managed and keep the order they were last sorted into — the app tells you exactly which, in the admin, before and after the change. Collections on a cadence faster than the new plan includes move to the fastest one it does include.
